How much herb should I pack in the chamber?

Load ground herbs loosely into the chamber, filling about halfway. For best results, do not pack or tamp the herb tightly.

Can I use wax concentrates with this device?

If you have an earlier version of this device, it may support wax concentrates. If your device does not include a quartz cup insert, then disregard wax functionality. The wax-compatible version is no longer sold on this website.

What is the recommended temperature setting?

The Shift has an adjustable temperature range of 160°C - 220°C. We recommend starting here and adjusting to your preference as needed:

  • 190°C for balanced flavor-to-potency puffs
  • 215°C for larger, heavy clouds

You can convert the temperature readout to Celsius by holding the power button and the "-" button at the same time for 2 seconds.

How do I clean this vaporizer?
  1. Push top lip of mouthpiece away from the unit.
  2. Remove spent material from the chamber using the stir tool. Use the cleaning brush for any remaining debris.
  3. To replace the silicone mouthpiece screen, remove the mouthpiece and pull silicone screen off using the tab. Replace with a new silicone screen ring and securely press into place.

Harsh smoke

I like the swift alot but the mouth piece is too close to the heat source. You can feel the heat when inhaling and with me, it burns my throat.
I have a suggestion: make an adaptable mouth piece to attach to the swift mouth piece. I would think at least a 3 inch length would let the heat dissipate before entering you mouth. Maybe a silicone product, flexible to fit around the swift mouth piece. Just saying.

Dry only. Excellent vape

I love the long battery life, quality feel, and efficiency. It's great. Oh I almost forgot, I love the temp settings. My only issue is that the quartz concentrate cup is basically useless. They should just leave it out of the description and package because it does not work lol. Great for flower though.

Easy to use and very effective

I only use this for flower - but it heats up SO fast and its incredibly smooth. I'm fairly new to using vaporizers but I received this as a birthday gift and couldn't be happier with it. Easy to load, clean, and use. Would recommend!

Worst Vaporizer I've Ever Used

The store clerk talked me into buying this **** thing. All these reviews must be from fake customers cuz anybody that uses this thing will not like it. It wastes both concentrates and flower. Cleanup is horrible and the concentrate bowl will shatter with the slightest provocation and you only get one. So have fun finding a replacement to buy and i'm sure the price for a spare bowl will be astronomical for what it is. If you use and like this product then you are too easily brainwashed and will like anything.

I like it for the high but I am old school like being able to see something leave on exhale. Please note it could be a learning curve on me. Never had one or experienced one with somebody who did. Would I buy again yes without a doubt you can get high with it discreetly.

I’m sorry, I love pulsar brand and I am a firm believer in your brand. I own the apex wax rig and I have had multiple different batteries. But I wanted to try something new and seen this product (shift) and I filled one bowl and didn’t like it and then filled one more and didn’t even smoke half. I am just not a fan, I’m sorry. Please send me a new apex wax rig with glass mouthpiece and tri coils. I will send my shift back. Thanks!

Awesome replacement

This pulsar shift replaced my Pulsar Flow Herb Vaporizerand I must say I'm b;pwn away bt the quality and functionality of this product, yes its a new product but Pulsaris coming out with some awesome products.
