Shipping and Processing Terms of Service

Once the package is in possession of the carrier, Pulsar is not responsible for any delays in transit. All customers are required to understand their local regulations and we won't be able to offer refunds or replacement if issues arise.

We offer FREE Shipping on orders of $75 or more (before taxes) within Canada. Transit time is typically 3-8 days* from the time the order leaves our warehouse.

Standard Shipping

We offer $9 shipping on orders below $75 within Canada. Transit time is typically 3-8 days* from the time the order leaves our warehouse.

Discreet Packaging

While we do use our company name for the return address, all shipments are packed in a plain unmarked box or bubble envelope that would in no way disclose the contents within. You can confidently order items to be shipped out to your home, office, or any other address you wish to use.

Processing Time

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
However, our processing time can be delayed by an increase in online orders.

Standard Shipping Services

Canada Post Expedited Parcel is a standard service that usually is delivered in 2-8 business days.
