It all started in 1822 when brothers René and Guillaume Bolloré built a paper mill next to the Odet River in France. As business grew, operations expanded to a modern facility in Cascadec, laying the foundation for OCB’s legacy of innovation. The name "OCB" honors our roots - the Odet River, the Cascadec mill, and the Bolloré family legacy.
