Pulsar King Kut Electric Grinder

Very disappointed. Bought this grinder at my local dispensary. They demonstrated on how to use, etc. As a retired engineer, it was all very simple. However, after my first grind, it stopped working. Thinking it may need recharging. Indicator light pulses green while on the charger. After a few hours, the green indicator was solid green. I went to use and it's absolutely dead.

I’ve had this grinder over a year. . I’ve charged it 1 time. I kid you not. . 1 time in the past year and it’s held charge every time I use it! Never have had an electric grinder last this long without a charge and still be able to efficiently grind herb. 10/10 purchase would recommend

It does ok, but charge doesn't stay long after a couple of minutes it doesn't won't to work anymore. . . and I paid a lot for this grinder to not do what I thought it would. Any suggestions?

I loved this grinder, it was awesome and quick and did a great job. The unfortunate thing was it only lasted 2 months before the battery died and the store couldn't take it back.

I have purchased 2 grinders in the past year. Both the same model, with the most recent one the colorful grinder. The first one, just completely wore out. But this one, I have had less than 3 months and it is cleaned after every use so there is no build up. Al it does is flash 3 times which means no jar attached although it clearly was.

Worked good on first grind but won't work at all now

Customer Experience Operations Manager who sent a replacement. They went beyond my expectations and provided customer service that is very rare these days

Liked this grinder until it stopped working after just a couple of months.

I ordered 2. One for me, one for my son. We both have the Pulsar Flow vaporizer, too. The extra jar with lid that comes with the grinder makes it easy to grind enough to take for the day.

I love how compact it is with the lovely storage jars! The charge seems to hold and last quite a few rounds. Definitely don't put very large buds in, break it up into large marble size at minimum to help it charge and so it doesn't get stuck. I wish I could give it a higher rating but, they really, really missed the mark by not having a lid for both jars they supply. You literally can only have one jar with herbs in it!!??? This makes no sense to me as it the second jar is completely useless. You can store leftover freshly grinded herbs in an open jar.:persevere: I'd love a second lid please!

Make the part under blade come off it. Have to use brush for that but other then that best one I have used!

Not bad. But not perfect. It struggles occasionally.
