Prong doesn't work

Just got the new pulsar 510 DL 5. 0 one of the prongs isn't springing back up can't even use a brand new product I just bought and it's been days with no response for my warranty claim.

Bottom connector needs a redesign for longevity.

Love this Vap, but I have now had 3 bottom magnetic connectors quit working. This vap needs a redesign on the strength and quality on the connector pins. It's now sold out probably because it fails easily. Sad because this vap in general is awesome.

I love this vape. The problem that eventually kills the bottom magnetic peice is one of the spring-loaded electrical connectors possibly gets too hot and looses the spring capacity. This makes it lose connection when installed on the vape for use which warrants replacing with a new bottom peice. Otherwise, I love it!

Basically my magnetic thingy was having issues. Thankfully they sell replacements at 10$. I love the vape so I'm glad of such convenience. Hope they add parts for others as well

I'd love to use this, but my DL 510 never arrived, almost a month after it was shipped

I'd love to tell you how this works, but the vaporizer you shipped Feb 25 never arrived at all. And after I contacted you, you sent me a canned message and did nothing to remedy this. You owe me a vaporizer. When you make good on it I'll review this part, which was ordered weeks later, and which did arrive. I do NOT recommend this company as their customer service blew me off after taking my money.

I LOVE my auto draw. I was having problems with my dabber and it was my 510 DL 5. 0 bottom connector was broken. Got a new one and just like new.
